Fidget Chair Bands are a wonderful tool to allow children to fidget and move their legs when they are sitting in a chair completing school work, having a meal or playing. Fidget bands are stretchy resistance bands that are 25cm wide (50cm total length) and wrap around the legs of a chair.

Children can kick their feet against the band, receiving proprioceptive feedback from the band’s resistance.
